Only dogs, cats, fish and birds are allowed.&nbsp; No more than 2 pets are permitted per apartment.&nbsp; Dogs and cats will require an additional pet deposit of $250 and a $250 non-refundable Pet Fee.&nbsp; There is also a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.&nbsp; An Animal Addendum must be executed. Dogs whose weight exceed 50 pounds are not allowed.&nbsp; The following breeds or partial breeds are not accepted:&nbsp; Rottweilers, Mastiff, Dalmatian, Pitt Bulls, Akita, Dobermans, Chows, German Shepherds and wolf-type breed or any other breed known to have violent or vicious tendencies.&nbsp; Animals must be restrained at all times in common areas.&nbsp; Owners are required to walk animals in the designated animal areas and are responsible for cleaning and disposing of waste from these areas.
